Carissa Tavares De Almeida, MSN, NP-C . She has over twenty years experience in dermatology as a Registered Nurse certified in Dermatology (DNC). She recently graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and has received her Nurse Practitioner Certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. While obtaining her Masters, Carissa was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing in 2011. She is now accepting patients for General Dermatology with a specialty interest in Psoriasis treatment.

Paul A. Mallari, PA-C is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physicians Assistant, commissioned by the NCCPA, member of the AAPA organization, member of the American College of Phlebology (treatment of veins), member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Paul is a Dermatology Physician Assistant licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has 15 years of clinical experience in Laser Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, as well as General Dermatology . He is highly respected as a pioneer in his field and was the first in the area to perform Vaser LipoSelection, SmartLipo and the Contour Thread Lift and Fat transfer using small needles for no downtime procedure.   Paul also specializes in treating patients with chronic psoriasis and working with companies like ENBREL, HUMIRA and using PHAROS EXCIMER. Paul has been working with companies like Allergan the makers of Botox and Juvederm for over 10 years.
